Active Parenting of Teens - Winter Session 2024

For parents/guardians of preteens and teens, this interactive discussion program provides parents/guardians with the skills needed to use effective discipline, teach responsibility, and communicate with their children.

Virtual (Zoom)

Virtual sessions will take place for one hour - once a week for a total of four weeks covering topics such as Parenting Styles, Active Communication, Control vs. Influence, Responsibility & Discipline, Power Struggles and Drug Prevention. Participants will receive their own free Active Parenting workbook to keep!

In order to participate in this program we ask that you ensure you are able to commit to the full four weeks of virtual sessions, and your child must attend Oceanside Schools ranging from grades 7-12. **If you do not complete the full four weeks, you will be asked to return your workbook.

**Our Winter Session will take place 1/16, 1/24, 1/31 and 2/6. This will be a combination of Tuesday and Wednesday classes.
